The most unhygienic Chatwich I have seen. The place was too messy with tissue papers, wooden spoons and food bits littered all over the place. Even the tables do not get cleaned until there is another customer who does not get a table. The food though is at par with other Chatwich outlets. We ordered a dahi papdi chat, Mayo roll and a pizza. The worst was when the staff served the papdi chat in a paper bowl on the table and placed the wooden spoons directly on the not so clean table. When I asked him to get new spoons since he placed it on the table I got new ones along with a displeased expression. I had asked why there was so much trash on the floor while placing the order at the counter, the guy shamelessly showed me some more trash of paper behind the counter saying idhar bhi full hua hai. He explained that customer hai toh clean kaise kare but it seemed that the place hadn't seen the broom for hours together. The management seriously needs to train the staff on basic hygiene and cleanliness. Surely not going back to this Kharghar Sector 19 Chatwich. On the contrary the Belapur Sector 11 Chatwich has been a very pleasant experience each and every time...

Ordered Chaatwich Mayogrill and Dahi papdi Chat on 4/12/2023. I was diagnosed with Food Poisoning for a week only because of the sandwich because rest of my food was homemade and that sandwich was the only outside food consumed by me. My medical reports also showed the same. A very threatening experience for me. Never ordering anything from Chaatwich ever again because the food quality that they are using are not hygiene if this is the level of health issues i am going to face. I used to have faith in this brand but not anymore.

I was not going to write this review but i feel if this is the level of severity experience has occurred with me it is my duty to tell the brand that their level is downgraded in today’s date.

Not writing this review in any intention of bringing the brand down but this is not acceptable food quality due to which a person’s health is severely compromised.
