Chinese Wok — Restaurant in Panvel

Same like quantity of the food you provide, your plates, spoons and forks too are that small. Food was good no doubt. But quantity that you provide compared to all the competitors out there is quite low. Addition to that, service is poor. We by our own have to ask for tissues. Plates and forks are so small that it takes ages for us to have to food. Kindly get some changes done in this process. Initially we have to place the order pay for that and then wait for the order. How do u expect us to order everything that we want to eat at the same time. There are times when we order something eat it and then move on to next what to have. At your wok we must order all at once or else we must order starter pay for the order and wait for the order and when order arrives eat it and then again go back to counter order for main course pay for main course wait for it to arrive eat it and then again repeat for started addition water bottles and even soft drinks. Does this really makes any sense. Why don't we just order whenever we want have and then pay the bill all.at once. Don't you trust us that we will pay you. All other restaurants follow this, kindly you too start practicing this.

Finally wok Express is in navi mumbai I was so exited to try their menu so finally I visited this place couple off days back its situated in kharghar near domino's Place is quite small but neat and clean staff is cool and friendly they have very minimal interior but it looks so soothing chairs and tables have light wooden laminate and they have one lighted table others are normal one What I order Chicken sezwan dumplings- ooh my goodness they were soo yumm and soft it's a must try Chilly chicken- yumm chicken chilly with some yumm veggies Minty mojito- tasty and it never fails to satisfy me Mango basil- it's a yumm and must try drink Desi chilly with ramen noodles- yumm noodles with veggies and chicken and its vit spicy Chilly basil with steamed rice- it's a yumm rice dish Hot crispy garlic with ramen noodles- yumm noodles and chicken Chilly basil bao- the bun of bao was so soft

This was my first experience with Chinese WOK and it was a disaster. First of all the restaurant refused to accept the legal tender of the Country that is cash in Rupees. The manager there insisted on making payment through other modes only. After talking a bit harshly he accepted the payment however no receipt was provided, neither the balance was returned from Rs.700/- paid. I presume It it is a restaurant serving food and it is expected to have appropriate cutlery for serving. The soup I ordered was given with flat wooden spoons not the least suitable for soup. Ultimately I had to get it packed and took it home. I have decided not to visit the outlet anytime in future if the same attitude continues.
