My overall experience was good I wont say the best.

Mc puff was 10 on 10 Recommended MC spicy panner burger was 10 on 10 Coffee was 10 on 10 Ice cream was 10 on 10 Coke was 10 on 10 because they gave me ice separately so I can use it as much as I want. Mc maharaja 0 out of 10 worst experience.

But guys what's wrong with you mc maharaja or take away??? It was cold as hell, lettuce was in bad condition, sauce or that other liquid was missing from burger even patty was not properly done.

This is not fair I told one of your representative, I have dine in hardly 5 min ago n went downstairs with mc maharaja burger but no proper response and other guy was new to place.

It doesn't mean you will give me the worst treatment, accept your mistake and atleast apologies. I have been to this store so many times but this time it was extremely bad experience for take away order.

We had a horrendous experience at McDonald's Kharghar, Pacific Mall today for a birthday party. They had promised that they would organize the games, provide food along with service for the party, but when the party actually happened: (a) The games host showed up an hour late after reminding 15 times, and then disappeared. (b) The cake was cut an hour late and most of the service had to be done by us as the staff were overwhelmed. (c) And the food was the worst part - the food took like hours to come. Instead of meeting / greeting the guests, we were busy following up with the McD team and figuring out how to get the food. The poor children were like kept waiting for more than an hour and finally couldn't even eat with their friends. We had to parcel out their food as it was too late for the kids and parents!

Really pathetic service and very embarrassing for anyone hosting a party there. We had thought McDonald's would be more convenient for us to invite the parents along with the children. Turned out that the food was difficult to come by for...
