We have ordered some 20veg meals to 12617 train today to Panvel station.Food taste is average, boiled rice is over cooked, But we are really worried on their parcel kit , very poor. Hot curry served in plastic paper and it is tied without rubber band , difficult to pour. The subji is not coming out. Very dirty maintenance of interiors. Visited today with family. AC family dining area was smelly and untidy. Some one had vomited in the wash basin which was not cleaned. Probably used by the nearby bar customers where they find the regular visiting customers may be. when told to the guy in charge he got angry we had to return without food.
