THE PIZZAWALA — Restaurant in Panvel

Ordered fries and corn capsicum pizza, told twice or thrice to the one who took my order and still they gave only capsicum pizza and not corn capsicum pizza.. They blamed me that i only give wrong order and all the employees were making weird faces and whispering n bitching about me giving wrong order(specially the girl employee).. This same thing happened with the customer sitting besides me and they were arguing with him too.. So how am i at fault as these people are only zoned out while taking order neither listening carefully nor accepting there mistakes and blaming customers...

I ordered 2 large pizza’s on 23 sep evening and he told will be delivered in 35 min, I said OK, but I received it after more than 1 hour late, pizza was very cold, I told delivery guy it’s very cold and not warm as usual he just smiled and told to speak to Madam. I called shop and she told my pizza went to some home by mistake and came back etc. I requested to give me warm pizza she said it can’t be done and to manage and pizzawala will take care in future. I am very disappointed with service...

Absolutely loved the pizza from Pizzawala Kamothe! The flavors were on point – cheesy, well-seasoned, and loaded with toppings. The base had the perfect balance of crunch and softness, and the sauces were delicious without being overpowering.

The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. The outlet itself is cozy and clean – a nice spot for a casual meal with friends or family.

Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for all pizza lovers...
