The name only justifies about an authentic and traditional setup from the North (Punjab) serving North Indian delicacies along with Chinese, Street and Finger bites, Pizza and many more to choose from thoughtfully crafted menu. Before diving into the details, I would like to thank the entire team for their Hospitality and service. What we tried as below:-

• From the Appetizers

1] Crispy Chaat :- Amazing chaat from the streets but served with twist. Crispy fried basket puri’s stuffed with crispy corn chaat with chutneys and finally garnished with sev. 2] Crispy Veg:- A perfect appetizer recipe from the popular Indo-Chinese street food pallet. Mostly prepared with a choice of vegetables which is deep fried with plain flour and corn flour batter.

Both the Appetizers had unique flavors as per my taste bud would recommend to chaat selections. On the other hand the crispy veg was flavorsome but the crisp outer was missing.

• From the Main Course

1] Special Kulcha with Chana:- Unique stuffed mildly leavened flatbread originated in the northern subsection of India. Served with Chick-pea Curry and onion salad. 2] Panner Tikka Butter Masala:- A delicious, creamy and flavorful dish with panner and the simmering in creamy butter masala gravy. Lastly garnished with fresh cream, butter and fresh coriander. 3] Dal Makhani:- The classical dish loved over the world but originated in Punjab region of India. Most popular lentil recipe with subtle smoky flavors and creaminess of butter & cream. 4] Jeera Rice:- Popular North Indian preparation of rice served with curries and dal. 5] Indian Breads:- Butter Naan, Tawa butter Chapati, Laccha Paratha and Kulcha.

The main course took me if I was actually having food in the Amritsar. The special kulcha with chick-pea curry was the most loved dish for the day. Panner was moist and fresh giving and added advantage to the creamy butter masala. Dal makhani was simply out of the box. Every thing was served with hot and buttery flatbreads. However, the service was very slow & serve actually placed incorrect order which leaded to more waiting. At the end, I would recommend to try the food this restaurant located at Niharika Mirage Kharghar, shop no8, plot no 274, Kopra Rd, Sector 10, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. But need to improvement on the service...

First off, entering this restaurant makes you feel like visiting a haveli indeed. All the lightning, the wall clad huge photo frames and the overall ambience tingles your feeling of being in a royal palace where you have been summoned to feast on their finger licking delightful food.

For starters, Sev Puri and Paani puri was tried Sev puri was served with a big pile of masala aloo and sev on the puri. Each bite was masaledaar and quite big then a usual sev puri Paani puri had the same masala aloo stuffing served with sweet and spicy tomato tamarind sauce and the pani was made with pudina and boondi. It was quite spicy and chatpata as well

For cocktails , Virgin Mango Mojito and paan shot gulkand was oredered The mango mojito was quite thick, fresh and refreshing and poked my childhood memories of drinking home made mango juice after a hot afternoon. Nostalgic! The paan shot gulkand was something new that I tried and to be honest it was quite refreshing too. Felt like crushed meetha paan with soda and lime

For starters, we tried Malai Tikka chaap and hariyali tikka chaap and they both were my first experience of eating chaap The malai tikka chaap was delicious with flavors of malai and it was a classic. The taste of soybeans was hard to distinguish mixed with the flavors of malai and the tandoor The hariyali tikka was the same thing but instead of the malai, they had used a paste of corriander and green chillies, was not too spicy and was a healthier option too.

Next up, we had special kulcha with chana

The kulcha was filled with masaledaar aloo and made with pure desi ghee. Served with the chana, it was a delicious finger licking combination. After the tasty kulcha, Haveli spl pizza was ordered

The toppings used were mushroom, green and yellow bell peppers, onion, and tomatoes. The dough tasted fresh and was a thin crusted one. It was also a good and healthy option for vegetarians We ended our meal with pot biryani .it was a dum Biryani served with raita..the aroma of biryani was amazing and tastes good too.must try.. For desert, the old school gajar ka halwa was served with crushed almonds sprinkled on top. This was also made with pure desi ghee and just felt like fresh and straight out of your...

Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect Order and Quantity Discrepancy

Dear Restaurant Manager/Owner,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your restaurant. On 12/02/24, I placed an order for VEG crispy and Gajar Halwa from Zomato, but upon delivery, I discovered significant discrepancies both in the items received and the quantity of food.instead of Gajar halwa I received Rubadi.

Firstly, the items delivered were not what I had ordered. Despite clearly specifying my preferences, the dishes received were entirely different, which was extremely disappointing. This not only led to dissatisfaction but also disrupted the dining experience I had anticipated.

Secondly, the quantity of food delivered was notably less than what was expected based on the order I had placed. This shortage was evident upon inspection, and it was disheartening to realize that what was supposed to be a complete meal for Four turned out to be inadequate.

Such inconsistencies are unacceptable, especially considering the trust and loyalty customers place in your establishment. As a regular patron of your restaurant, I have always valued the quality and reliability of your service. However, this recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning whether I can continue to rely on your restaurant in the future.

I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate steps to rectify the situation. I expect a refund for the incorrect items delivered and an assurance that measures will be implemented to prevent such errors from occurring again in the future.
