I used to go their as a kid and since then they’ve established a amazing brand selling best quality desserts. Their Kesar Faluda, Hot Chocolate Fudge and Giani’s Special are my personal favourite. The staff is great, the ambiance is good. Overall Amazing!

Very Unhappy with service, quantity and response. Lately, Gianis Paschim Vihar have not been serving upto the expectations we have from it. Ordered a hot chocolate fudge for home delivery, got less quantity, nearly half the quantity and no substantive response from the manager/owner of the place. Does this mean that the quantity delivered through online order has less relevance to that of served f2f at the outlet? I guess the manager has no response to the same. If gianis intends to serve its customers this way, and give no solution for it, because they already have immense fan following and one dissatisfied customer does not affect them, then this is not how you...

The legendary ice cream brand from old Delhi. They have So many franchises in Delhi. All are well maintained and ice cream quality is also well n truly above the Giani blue. This particular outlet has enough seating space too. Hot chocolate fudge, banana split, tutti fruity sundae, kuch nahi sundae are must try. The location of this GIANI'S outlet could never be more perfect since it lies very close to a lot of blocks and apartment complex plus a big market which spans across either sides of the road...
