Visit this restaurant today…. Ordered Afghani chicken cost was ₹550 and the chicken received was pink in colour ……at least use good ingredients you are not a road side stall but a restaurant…people has expectations when they dine out and our experience was Destroyed …they bought the chicken on one plate and no onion and sauces even no plate was given…..have to ask for the plates to eat also… is this the way to treat a customer…..we did not eat it as it can cause food poison….. send the chicken back they have reheated it a given it back same issue chicken was still pink…..I donot recommend this place to anyone and won’t visit again ever……. They didn’t charge for the coke as experience was bad but in my opinion they shouldn’t have charged for chicken also……this is how a food place lost it’s customer and at last it’s closed this is the reason…….please improve your quality as well as customer service or slowly slowly no one is going to visit your...

I am utterly shocked at my recent experience with this shop. I ordered a roll expecting the quality and hygiene that a well-known, reputed brand should maintain — instead, I was horrified to find an insect inside my food!

This is not just a matter of taste or service — it’s a serious hygiene and health concern. Finding an insect in something you’re about to eat is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a place that claims to have high standards.

I had trusted this shop for its name and reputation, but after this experience, my confidence is completely shattered. I strongly urge the management to take responsibility, address this issue immediately, and ensure strict hygiene checks so that no other customer has to go through such an unpleasant and unsafe incident.

One of the worst and the cheapest experiences you can ever have in a restraurant. I ordered my food in car, I was not given the spicy sauce with momos. When I called them to send someone to give it in my car, I was denied. I myself had to go to the restraurant where first I was denied of getting the sauce(they said Di hogi sauce zarur aisa ho nhi skta) and then the manager and the workers insulted us and threw the sauce on the table ( ye lo jao kha lo). How can someone cry on a sauce on an order of more than Rs 500. Will never go to the place again and will tell it to all my knowns in Paschim Vihar so that they all face some loss...
