The guy sitting in counter don't have manners to speak and even he don't listen to the orders given by customer properly.... when some one say that you have billed wrong order then he starts shouting on customer..... have seen many times he shouts on his employees as well who are working... one day he was shouting on one employee who was asking for 20 Rs which customer was asking for refund...... Too arrogant & nonsense......If you really want to grow then I would request Jaiveer owner to look into this other wise you will lose business because this guy even don't give proper food to Swiggy customers whenever they order because of his nonsense thinking and this arrogant attitude..... He is simply manner less and will not go to him from next time for chaaps only thing which is better in your shop.......Hope this review helps other customers to understand that customer is paying money and you can't speak to them like...

Last wee I visit Jaiveer Naan & Chaap shop for try Cholle Bhatture one of my favorite dish in the word so I am very particular very focus for tasty Cholle Bhatture. Jaiveer Naan & Chaap done a very well job and Cholle Bhatture was so delicious I think it is worth paying. Cholle well cooked, perfect spices, hygienic and Bhatture full round which I always like and full stuff Paneer. I suggest whoever lived near these places must visit and eat and try. It is just in front of the main road and you can stand and eat they do have a table for that you can pack your food too and you can take extra Cholle if you want but for Bhatture you have to pay...

Food quality and taste are ok but service is very very poor. Waiters are rude and decor and hygiene is below average. Can you imagine there is no place to even wash your hands properly. All they have is a wash basin placed outside in the open, with no soap to wash hands. The only saving grace is the taste of food, which is good, but nothing spectacular. Went with the family but didn't had a very good experience. Will prefer going to a better place, even if it means spending a little more money. Definitely not recommended to go with family. Management needs to hire better people who know how to behave and serve...
