Gopal sweets is a nice place to dine out and to buy some sweets. Food quality is good, presentation of food is average. I always had great experience there.

Chinese, snacks, south Indian. anything uh can order. Neat and clean. Sweets are really good in normal days but during Festivals quality of sweets reduces. But it’s one of the best place in patiala for dinner or lunch. the staff of gopal sweets is very friendly.the ambience of this place is very calm and peaceful.it is good place to gave treats to your friends because it contains enough space.one can oraganise parties here.this hotel provides self service so customer has to take his order himself.and orders are processed in series for convenience of the customer.it is not expensive to eat here.it s specialty is that one can enjoy every type of food.it also offers special food for children. Gopal sweets have been in patiala for the past 10-15 years, if you ever go there, which you should, you’ll find a lot of families as well as groups of friends, it’s that good. they have self service, but, can bring the food to your table if you want.

Gopal Sweets a popular sweet chain in Punjab and Haryana.

Ambiance 4* : Ambiance is OK and up to the mark of an fast food restaurant downstairs they have there sweet shop and upstairs they have there self service restaurant.

Menu 4* : Menu is good as they have all the Indian cuisines and fast food. we tried there chaat, Lassi, GolGappe, Thali and all was good.

Food Quality 5* : Food quality is really good and maintained. There thalis tasted fresh and up to the mark. The Golgappas were awesome, and chaat was also really nice. I usually check for the quality of the curd when ever I am having Indian fast food, and here I can say the Curd was of really good quality thus making the food really tasty.

Cleanliness 3* : The place was not at all clean the counters were clean and food handling was ok. But the place were we were sitting there was some kind of foul smell like that of a garbage can nearby.

Location 4* : It is very conveniently located right on the highway so you will not miss it but there is not ample space for parking so you may have to park your car a bit further.

Overall a good experience of Fast food and they usually don't take long to serve so all was...

I been to many gopal sweets venture. This is money making venture. No trained staff.

Staff is just in uniform but hardly trained. They sell everything but nothing is good. Water cooler hardly been cleaned in month. The water glass never been cleaned with dish soap and repeatedly served to customer with only water wash. staff is under saloried. they do not prepare fresh food in morning but serve you last night remaining food. they don't throw away remaining food but kept it into fridges and serve next day to customers bathrooms were dirty .i was surprised cos ussually are not . i was been served staling food. quantities are far less compared to prices gopal restaurant was fined in its panchkula branch by government health ageny for stinking unhygienic food . gopal use cheapest non branded oils for cooking if u ask them they never reveal name staff is almost rude and not ready to professional service .
