Vatsa Food Factory — Restaurant in Patiala

Ambiance: 3/5 Food: 2/5 Music: 3/5 Service: 5/5 I visited this with two of my friends. Ambiance: They have the restaurant on ground floor as well as basement. Ground floor has good lighting but basement has better ambiance. Food: We ordered medium pizza, veg carbonara pasta, bbq chicken doner kebab and drinks. Pasta was good, served in a nice tray that looked like a bolt. It was the only drink that embodied the spirit of a food "FACTORY". Full pasta plate was no bigger than a 6 inch pizza and hence the quantity was a letdown. Similar was the experience with Food Factory special pizza. A medium pizza though had 6 slices, the overall pizza was no bigger than a Domino's regular pizza. The toppings and sauces were good. But the base was a huge disappointment. It seemed pre packed not freshly baked base. Doner kebab was good in taste but again the bread was not fresh. Portion size was good. Doner is traditionally made with rumali roti but they make it with a baguette. They empty the bread and fill it with stuffing. I tried ordered french kiss drink. It was basically mojito in blue color. Overall, I'd say, an average place for a date but not if you want to concentrate on food. Music: They were playing all the trending music but covered by some other artist. Though it sounded nice but too loud. Service: Service was prompt. Staff warned us about the pasta container. Lets start with the Ambience : As it is situated on a corner plot, theres lot of natural light and gives the place a very airy feel. Place is quiet and seating can be adjusted for big groups. Kitchen is separate (in basement) and hence no noise. Use of colors can be used in more of foodalicious way

Service : Presentation is good and everything you order has a unique look (as in trend nowdays) which actually turns your hunger bright. Serving time is as standard (15 min max approx)

Food Quality : Preparation is overall better than the competition and i will actually recommend it more on baises of quality then anything else.

Summary : A good place to snack bite at times alone / with company which has hygienic food and welcoming staff
