Dear, firstly reply why you booked a event in less rates If you were not comfortable with less rates then why you took money from us in advance. Moreover if you are genuine person not a dishonest person then why u took the same amount as finalized before the event. I tell you why, because you were wrong so you have to take it. It shows you are the fraudulent person who swindle people's money. Apart from this, in the reply of my review you are yourself writing that they (we) want decoration in 500, food in 300 and dj on demand so I wanna remind you that you told us these points before we booked and you yourself are writing the same. Then why you changed the prices at the end. And the words you were using ( #Kanjus #Lichhr #Narrow Minded) are not the way to talk. If you will use these words nobody would prefer your restaurant. As a customer it is our right tell our worst experience in your restaurant, we didn't used any foul language. We just told our worst experience infront of people's. We didn't disrespect you. Read moreHorrible experience. I went to them to organise my daughter's birthday. They requested me to take their best package and leave it to them for best service which was for 389 per person. When we reached, they did not have any preparation and asked us to order whereas they were supposed to provide everything. They did not even provide water. We had to request them time and again to provide eatables. When I asked for the special items i.e. pasta and cheesy fingers they asked to wait but eventually they didn't serve at all. Further, they were more keen to attend their alacarte customers. They had also promised to give some discount as most guests included children under 5 but they didnt give any discount and charged full package even after giving assurances that they would not. When I asked as to why they didn't serve their items of the biggest package, they said they forgot. Promised me to call back or compensate or refund the excess amount. This person tell us I m charged Rs 19/- for cold drink per glass and Rs 500/- charged for table where cake is cutting would be done. On 20th July after finishing a party this person charged from us Rs 29/- per glass for cold drink and Rs 900/- for table and decoration. Moreover party started 5.30PM and this person called me 7PM and said time is over now. He said I am having a booking for next party but no body comes for party.
