I recently ordered from "Apni Rasoi Int" through Zomato, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. This review serves as a warning to anyone considering ordering with them.
The order arrived with several crucial items missing, and the packaging was abysmal. To my shock, there was no Zomato tape or any form of sealing to ensure the integrity of the package.
However, the real issue arose when I reported these problems to Zomato. The response from their support team was dismissive and utterly unhelpful. The person handling my case, Sonali, showed a complete lack of competence in addressing my concerns.
Here are the key issues I encountered:
When I reported the missing items to the delivery person, he was indifferent and had no intention of resolving the matter. He simply left without any responsibility.
My order included two thalis, each supposed to have four rotis. If the restaurant had indeed sent the complete order, I would expect both thalis to be either complete or not sent at all. However, I received only one roti in the second thali with no accompanying curries, indicating a severe lapse on the restaurant's part.
Zomato insisted that I contact the restaurant directly, even though I had already tried calling them twice with no response.
As a Gold member of Zomato, I anticipated a higher level of service. If Zomato can't handle such basic issues, it raises questions about the purpose of the platform. I also can't help but wonder if the delivery person had a hand in the missing items, raising concerns about the...
Read moreI recently dined at Apni Rasoi restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. The restaurant offers a diverse menu with a variety of flavors, and the taste of the dishes I tried was quite satisfying. From the aromatic spices to the well-cooked ingredients, it's evident that the chefs put effort into creating delicious meals.
However, one aspect that left me slightly disappointed was the portion size, particularly in the case of the paneer dishes. While the taste of the paneer was excellent, I couldn't help but notice that the quantity was on the smaller side – only 2 pieces in a half portion. For someone who enjoys savoring each bite, this felt a bit inadequate.
On the positive side, the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, and the service was attentive. The staff was friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, Apni Rasoi has the potential to be a go-to spot for those seeking flavorful Indian cuisine. With a slight adjustment to portion sizes, particularly for dishes like paneer, the restaurant could truly stand out. I would recommend this restaurant for its tasty dishes, but be mindful of the portion sizes...
Read moreThis hotel meets out it's name "Apni Rasoi". It is not heavy on your pocket and still worthy taste to have if you don't compare it to high priced and high taste hotel. It's a place where you can dine with your family, children and friends.
They can definitely improve with atmosphere and waiters behaviour a little. One call direct for home delivery or order via swiggy too but not present on so many other app's for food delivery. Easily accessible and visible via moving traffic as they are at main road just before Ganesh Chowk.
I will prefer it for cheaper as compared to the food taste. All the Soya Chaap lover go there as Soya items are my...
