Bad experience due to improper management and disrespecting customer. Today 7/9/24 i went to the kofi bar at kathirkamam for buying parcel two dosas and vadai for may relatives waiting at home and bill was generated at 9.37am for rs.140/- and was handed over at parcel section. I was waiting at parcel section till 10.15am and asking for parcel they told to wait and also told if necessary go to kitchen at first floor and get your order prepared as most of swiggy and zomata go directly to kitchen and get their orders and go. In the meantime other orders expect dosa was delivered which takes more time than preparing dosa. After waiting for 45min and i asked to return my payment due to delay, they simply return the bill not take steps to make arrangement to deliver my order. Kofi bar owner should know that they can give me the money back and should take the responsibility for making wasting my valuable time at your hotel which cannot be given back and uncomfortable situation with my relatives. It may be learned from the near by hotels the way of delivering parcel and respecting customers. If the people want to spend more time for relaxing your restaurant will be better place. hope your customers may not be fooled in future in the name of restaurant. i hope this review will not be...

Read moreKBS Kofi Barr is hands down one of the best places in Pondicherry to enjoy coffee in true South Indian style. I visited with my family and was instantly drawn to its vibrant street-side charm. The coffee is strong, aromatic, and served in small paper cups—simple yet deeply satisfying. It’s the kind of place where locals gather, conversations flow, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air.
What makes it special is the authenticity. No frills, no fancy setup—just great coffee, warm vibes, and a slice of Pondy’s soul. The prices are super reasonable, and they also offer a variety of teas and snacks. If you’re near Promenade Beach or White Town, don’t miss this gem. It’s a ritual...
