This is the first time I felt so uncomfortable speaking and ordering with one of your serving person/cashier. I came today on 20/10/2024 around 6h30-7pm There was literally no queue for ordering, I was paying by cash. The lady name Mahalakshmi, the one putting too much make up to hide the fact that she is not a good person. She took our order we asked what was the name of the various buckets and with how many pieces it comes with. And she started throwing faces at us like if we were illiterate. This led to an altercation where I told her that this is her duty to tell the customer what we are not aware of. She askd us again if we were paying by cash or card, we wud hav said card, she wud hav sent us to the ordering touch pad machine which we were not familiar with, hence we Said paying by cash. She kept throwing face from that moment onward.
Dear KFC back then you had awesome employees who were explaining everything and with a huge queue before the ordering touch pad machines were there. This lady Mahalakshmi destroys the reputation of your restaurant, if she doesn't like working there and doing what she is supposed to do, means serving client and explaining them. We went in the evening and it was not crowded but the floors were not swept and there were hardly a couple of tables that were clean. Most had crumbs, spilled drops of drinks, and boxes and cups from previous customers. Lots of flies too. Even the floor leading into the kitchen was greasy looking. In the 1/2 hour that we were there no one came to clear away any tables. The servers had lots of smiles between themselves but we were met with sullen and disinterested faces. We have been to many KFC outlets and experienced great tasting food, but here the chicken pieces too were overly greasy and drenched with oil. I recently visited your restaurant this week and wanted to share my feedback. The food was amazing, and the ambience was quite pleasant. However, I encountered an issue with the service that I feel needs attention.
During my visit, I took a bit longer than usual to place my order. Unfortunately, one of your staff members responded by yelling at me, which was quite uncomfortable. While I understand the need for efficiency, I believe this approach was unprofessional, especially given the absence of a significant queue or crowd.
I’d recommend providing additional training to your staff on how to interact with customers in a respectful and courteous manner. I trust that this feedback will help improve the overall customer experience.
