Never had this kinda Worst experience ever in Pondy for the past 3 years! We dined in on May 27, 2023 with expectations but ended up regret choosing this hotel. Went as a 8 for friends treat! They took 1 hour to prepare single dish, but the people next to our table who came late got the same dish we ordered 1/2 hour back before us! The lady who took order from us there didn't even had basic manners and literally shouting even if we ask for the updation of food after food she was literally showing her face! Coming to the food tandoori chicken which is literally half cooked biriyani tasted very bad! Only veg dishes we liked there so much and the soups! I had the worst dining experience of my life at this restaurant during a family lunch. We ordered several dishes, and unfortunately, most of them were inedible.

It took an hour for the first dish to arrive, which set the tone for the rest of the meal. The vegetarian meals lacked basic accompaniments like poriyal vegetables, making them feel incomplete. The prawn masala was disappointing; when I asked the manager about it, he casually mentioned that they forgot to add onions and tomatoes—how does that happen?
