Read moreGood place for non veg lovers. They are basically from Narayngoan and expanded there business in Pune. Mutton Rassa and Bhakri is worth having a try. I tried Mutton Rassa thali ( 5 piece mutton in Rassa, separate rassa wati, indrayani bhat and bajri bhakri and small wati solkadi) at 320 rs and mutton sukkha thali at 360 rs Rassa was good and also the fry masala seemed different. But I felt at the above rate they should have offered more in the thali, like kheema / anda curry/ pandhra rassa . These Thali are also available but then they cross the 400 Rs mark. Ambience is descent and is also good for family. Edited,: I went again after 10 days. This time I decided to have veg as it was my no non veg day and wanted to try there Masvadi Thali. Sadly was disappointed with it. First of all in menu they mentioned along with Maswadi and Rassa, Matki fry is offered. But they gave me Shev baji instead of Matki....it's a common sense that no body will like to have Shev baji along with Bajri bhakri. Thereafter the taste of Maswadi was not that great as it was hyped by the hotel. The vadi was so cold that I thought it was kept in freeze for long time... totally disappointed with this thali. I recommend this only for...
Read moreA small restaurant, ambience is just ok. Food was nothing special to write about not too bad not too great. Service was very slow…we ordered 1 Special chicken thali, 1 Chicken fry thali and 1 Maswadi thali. Usually for thalis you just have to make fresh bhakaris or chapatis after order and rest is already cooked and ready but still for use the order took way too much time like 40 mins to serve. Then I had to ask 3 times for rice and same case was there for water glass. They also missed to serve the solkadhi which was included in thali and we had to remind them, luckily it was served rather quickly compared to other food we ordered.
The quantity of chicken in both the chicken thalis but sadly the chicken was too bland inside…it was like a chicken boiled in just water and then tossed in some gravy. Rice and bhakris were fresh and decent. The charcoal chicken leg piece we ordered was again very average in taste. It was very dry not at all juicy and the marination lacked flavours….the presentation was also a miss. The only good thing it had is no added synthetic colours.
I liked that they allowed kids to share the Thalis. Overall it was just okay and maybe not...
