Service is really pathetic. I order for my kids Birthday Party Mascot boy who came with dress is really pathetic. Mascot boy dress looks like never been washed since they have made / purchased. Not even a single kids were willing to play with Mascot boy as it was really untidy. Camera men who came is always busy with his mobile. You need to always search and find him to take photos. More over you need to force him to take photos. These camera men are not at all professionals. Cake which order was okay type. They use so much of color stuff to it. Shop owner is very arrogant. He never listens to customers request and he has his own story to tell. I never been to any such kind of stores,who is not ready to listen customers request or priority. I was force to speak to other people's for getting things done on right way.

1. The shop owner was very helpful and coordinating. His having good knowledge about taste of cake and he will also give good suggestion about your occasions. 2 ) The quality and presentation of cake was very good . They have launched a new cake specially for Diwali occasion, so I have ordered for birthday celebration, it's having a vanilla and dry fruits flavor. And also the dry fruits was fresh. They are also having delivery options .

Bad behaviour with customer, I ordered cream less cake for my sons daycare from this place . When I went to pick it up it was a cream loaded cake and this owner kept on insisting that I gave wrong instructions and never agreed they might have made mistake. When I very specifically told them this is for his daycare and they don’t allow cakes with cream . I was going to pay for it anyways since this for my son but really rude behaviour was not expected. Such things shows the basics of persons you are dealing with . Though the cake was good but the treatment is bad . You choose for yourself, how you want...
