A poor cousin of Oyo rooms, i should not have expected much from Fabhotels

Location : I had to stay in Magarpatta due to professional constraints and the hotel was extremely difficult to locate. There was no signage or indication of the hotel. We had to confirm from a paanwala that the building we were standing near was the hotel. He informed that it had recently converted from Bhagyashree executive to Fabhotel. Great start !!

Service : I had an indication what i was going to get when the guest for the hotel were not even allowed to use the front door. The entrance was from the backside of the building and the reception was not even on ground floor. We had to take escalator to 2nd floor for the reception which looked straight out of a horror movie. Minimalist, bad lighting and no one to attend !!

Room : Since the hotel had been recently converted you could forsee the disaster. No efforts had been made to introduce some furniture into the room. Half of it was just empty. You could compare your stay to a lonely ward in a hospital. The room itself had a decent bed , TV and bathroom but some interior decoration is needed to make it presentable.

Facilities : With the rise of 3 star unbranded hotels, the dining service has gone for a toss. A single landline decade hold was your companion for in room services.

Cleanliness : The facility is incidentally well maintained in terms of cleanliness and regular maintenance

Value for money : Overall, below average 3 star hotel. They really need to up their game especially room interiors, exterior signage and a welcome feel to the guests in general. My experience felt here more like a visit to a shady...

A budget hotel! However, the hotel is in a lane and it becomes difficult to explain to the rickshaw guys to locate it. But the positive, it’s close to Magarpatta city and Amanora mall, just 3-4 mins away. This is a budget hotel so please don’t expect much. The room had a television with broken remotes, so I did not use it. The electric kettle was rusted & dirty. I wish they could replace all this for the guests to have a pleasant experience. They had breakfast buffet with limited option. They have an in-house bar too incase you like to a drink. Food is expensive but you can always visit the nearby restaurants.

The staff is very polite and accommodating. I had to extend my check out by 40mins and they were okay with it.

A budget hotel, at a prime location. It’s is 5 mins away from the famous Amanora Mall, and 8-10mins by road to Magarpatta City. ||For a budget hotel, they had all the basic amenities. They had an electric kettle, handwash placed in the washroom, very polite staff ready to help. Their breakfast could have been better, they had the same dish in the menu.
