Chinese Wok — Restaurant in Pune

My parents had ordered Chicken Manchurian bowl yesterday, which had fried rice. I tried the rice. The food tasted well but in the night I had extreme stomach ache and my father has a case of food poisoning this morning. I would request you to not compromise on quality of your ingredients. People order from your restaurant in anticipation of good food experience. But it costed us. Kindly take extra care before running a food business. The rice was also very oily. Kindly use less oil. We ordered food from Zomato it's been almost 1.5hr that the order is delayed. The restaurant is not picking, the Zomato team is also responding the same. They are taking this much time just to prepare Chinese food they will deliver it by the 2nd day if it were Indian cuisine. Do not order from here, even the quality is not that great.

They should at least pick the call and apologize for the delay or cancel the order if they are not able to meet their ETA time. Worst Ever experience that I had with...

The staff was very rude. The lady manager didn't attended us properly, was very harsh and disrespectful. Her abusive behaviour and less standards was looking in her, lack of training and upbringing of her parent can be seen.

After this never going to order again anything from this restaurant. The taste was okay but not as expected. Price was unnecessarily high. Just to give a premium look.
