Domino's Pizza | Village Kondhwa, Pune — Restaurant in Pune

I recently visited Domino's with a craving for a chicken pizza, but my experience was far from satisfying. To my disappointment, none of the chicken pizzas were available, which was surprising for a pizza place that usually has a wide variety of options. I then asked about paneer pizzas, but they were also out of stock.

Given the limited choices, the receptionist recommended the Veg Extravaganza with a cheese burst crust as an alternative. Trusting their recommendation, I decided to go with it, but the experience was underwhelming.

Veg Extravaganza with Cheese Burst: The pizza was a major letdown. Despite being a specialty pizza, it tasted incredibly bland. The cheese burst, which I expected to add richness and flavor, did little to enhance the taste. The toppings lacked freshness, and the overall flavor profile was disappointing, especially considering the premium price I paid for it. It didn't taste like a pizza; rather, it felt like a mishmash of ingredients without any real flavor harmony. Service and Availability:

I would like to share my experience with the Kondhwa branch of Domino's as it is the one closest to our home and hence gets auto selected while ordering pizza home. Food - The Margerita Cheese Burst pizza is our favourite. The signature mixture of thick cheese burst oozes with cheese. Its consistent everytime. Also recommended is their Veg Parcel or Paneer Zingy Parcel. It is a quick bite and is perfectly spiced. Service - The delivery service is the matter of concern. Although they mention express delivery but it always takes anything between 30-45mins to be delivered. Also the main concern is that many times their App accepts the order and then after a while the store calls saying either one or two ingredients of the order made is either not available or exhausted hence they have to cancel the order. They need to work on their stock keeping.

I don't know if my voice will reach to the correct people or not but today I would like to share a worst thing happened with me at this store. The delivery boys are very rude they are don't even know how to talk with the customers the store employees who are working there are also very rude in behaviour they don't even know the concept of empathy or sympathy.

From now I will not order anything from Domino's neither I will suggest my friends or family members to visit this KONDHAWA Store or order it online.

THE WHOLE STAFF IS SUPPORTING HIM AND THEY ARE SPOILING THE NAME OF DOMINO'S. IF HE WAS THE MANAGER THEN HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TOANAGE THE CUSTOMERS AND DOMINO'S IS HIRING THOSE PEOPLE'S AS A MANAGER .
