I recently visited Domino’s Pizza and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we waited longer than expected, with no staff available to attend to us. When we finally approached the counter, we were instructed to download the app and place our order there, as they couldn’t process orders through their system. This added unnecessary hassle to our visit.

The waiting period for our order was excessively long. During this time, the staff was very irritating, shouting loudly and creating a chaotic atmosphere. The absence of music in the store only amplified the unpleasant noise. Additionally, the hygiene standards were appalling, with flies all over the place. This lack of cleanliness is unacceptable for any dining establishment.

I received SMS that the food was ready and I could see it lying on the table but the staff was so slow that it took me 10 mins to get the food. By that time it has turned cold and soggy. The very purpose to dine in was defeated. I had to call the staff thrice just to get my table cleaned. With lots of customers, it was very hot and humid inside, ACs were not set at right temperatures and dine-in customers had to rush through their meals to get some fresh air outside. Overall poor experience to finish the weekend. Pizzahut outlet next doors provides a much better experience. Very disappointing experience at this Domino’s outlet. We ordered the Veg Course Meal (₹99) and the Veg Loaded Meal (₹169). The Veg Loaded pizza looked like the toppings were just thrown on without any care, and the cheese was uneven and not balanced on both sides. The corn used on the pizza didn’t look fresh and felt like poor quality. Overall presentation was extremely careless. The ambiance is dull and poorly maintained, and the staff seemed uninterested in attending to customers — no courtesy, no proper service.
