Avoid this place at all costs! I ordered a Buff Shawarma from Ertugrul BBQ Café and it was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in a long time. First off, they charged ₹200 for ONE shawarma, which is ridiculously overpriced compared to nearby places. But I thought maybe the quality would justify the price. I was wrong.
What I got was a half-cooked, sour-tasting roll that felt like a serious health risk. The meat was not properly cooked, and the taste was off – it was genuinely disgusting. I couldn’t even finish it. It felt like I was being robbed in the name of Turkish cuisine.
Just a few steps ahead, there’s a small local stall offering delicious chicken shawarma for just ₹60 – well-cooked, flavorful, and satisfying. I regret not going there instead.

Read moreA small barbecue joint Ertagul that picked up very well during covid, this place serves good kebabs, shwarmas, seekh etc. We had the meat seekh kebab and the boti kebab which was delicious, cooked very well and had the right spice! It was freshly prepared after ordering. The only drawback for me was the barbecue tandoor was just outside the small seating area so the smoke and flames kept irritating us. Other than that, the food was really good and I guess a parcel option would be better for those who have smoke...

This cafe is on a busy road and Container with Mayonnaise which they use to spread on the roll was just lying open when we reached and he just directly used that on the rolls which may have so much dust particles... And plus there weren't any customers when we reached and still it was lying open Rolls were also so stale as if they were lying from days... Was just kept on the table under the Shawerma making equipment.. Overall i didn't like...
