I recently ordered biryani from this outlet based on the reviews, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The packaging was fine, and the delivery was on time, but the quality of the biryani didn’t meet expectations.
The rice was overcooked in some parts and undercooked in others, making the texture unpleasant. The chicken pieces were very dry and lacked proper marination. It felt like the meat was just added to the rice at the last moment without letting the flavors blend in. The masala was unevenly spread, and there was no real “dum” taste — it felt more like plain spicy rice than an actual biryani.
The raita was watery and tasteless, and the salan (gravy) had a strange aftertaste. Even the aroma, which usually excites you with biryani, was missing.
