Very slow and bad service experience. It took approximately 30 minutes for them to serve a simple sandwich and a cupcake right off of the menu card. They said multigrain bread had to be baked. Hence it took time. They could have specified that it would take time. We could have gone to a different place. Anyways...

It takes approximately 40 minutes for a couple of wraps to arrive. Everything is ordered from the menu, as is, and no rocket science.

The most disappointing part was no acknowledgment from the person at the counter in form of a sorry or remorse when we went to the counter to express our concern and cancel the remaining order, for which we waited for 50 minutes. We had to return on empty stomachs.

What's the point of fancy interiors when the basics of customer service are not covered?

New cafe in F-Residency, wonderfully designed and wonderfully implemented.

Ambience here is best up till now. Creating such a wonderful ambience in a small and cozy place is an art.

Theme of this cafe is basically it’s an bakery cum cafe. They have sweets as well as savoury. Also, they do take custom cake orders for any occasions.

They have indoor seating arrangement and no issue of parking.
