Second trip to the same Mall was very disappointing, pathetic I could say centralised ac was switched off the food courts was worst. One couldn't even think of sitting there for more than 10mins. As theres not much ventilation. I could see people sitting with manual hand fans. Worst experience was with the food stall Momos and Rolls. While placing the order the person at the counter was lost as if I was asking him for dishes from space. To confirm the order he called the guy from the juice stall. God alone knows why. Post making the payment and preparing one dish(chicken momos in schzwan sauce) I was told that they couldnt make the other order(chicken stripes) as they can't find it in the freezer. The staff themselves are not aware of what they have and what they don't. The most surprising thing was when I asked them to call their manager they found the chicken stripes bag in the freezer. Though I denied to take the order and insisted on speaking to the manager, the staff called him.. here again he couldn't hear me but he very well could hear the staff when he was talking to him (calling him from the same place) wow like seriously who are u guys trying to...
Read moreWe mainly went there for a children's play space called Funky Monkeys - our toddler and even us adults absolutely loved the place. A few of the parents were complaining that it was a bit overpriced, but it was the first time for us in a place like this and I found it to be quite a lot of fun for kids and adults alike. It has an attached coffee shop where parents could sip away on their hot drinks and kids can enjoy treats. Restrooms were also available and had diaper changing station.
In the main mall, as soon as we entered the lobby they had live music and a hosted Bollywood quiz with prizes being given away - it immediately put us into a festive mood. There was a kiddy train on the same floor as funk monkeys (kid loved it...went twice) and a virtual reality station (which I wanted to try but didn't get enough time).
As for the rest of the mall, it had a big collection of brand name stores. Some parts of the mall were under construction. Food court was pretty good as well with lots of options.
Overall, Nitesh hub is a well designed mall/commercial space and quite popular by the...
Read moreLocated just next to Westin hotel. Getting slowly live, picking up better and now has Big bazaar on its second basement level. Reasonable car parking though with very narrow but separate entry and exits. Has a nice little shop selling plants and gardening items near the entrance is nice!
Not much or very less uniformed security presence in basement is sure of a safety concern, as one can see stalkers and those approach in the context of offers and collecting contact details, and sitting in groups particularly two wheeler area in the same floor.
Facilities, as mentioned by others, has to be fully functional even for visitors visiting again. This includes aircon, elevators, parking, service areas and mainly food court, which is completely neglected and unmanaged at least now. Good, now some arrangements are made to help manage traffic to facilitate getting in and out of...
