HOTEL SANDEEP — Restaurant in Pune

If you expect that this restaurant will have the same signature and quality of service as other sandeep restaurants, then you are totally wrong. The service couldn't be worse. The staff is too rude and lacks basic training etiquette to deal with customers. These are the problems that I faced :- The order was taken wrong, had to specify the order 4 times. The staff toppled a dish of onions and lemons inside a freezer and used the same for serving. They gave chapati with butter naan, chapati caught oil off the naan, and upon just mentioning the situation, the waiter said, "Aisa hai milega" * 2. There was no proper Air conditioning, don't go during summer. The hygiene among staff in not par.

If you charge so much, then it's not just for food but also the quality of service. Please don't go to this restaurant. Keep some extra time for the traffic and go to the Hadapsar branch of...

After a family meet we went to Sandeep hotel old mundhwa Road to have dinner but was horrible experience and our kids literally came out hungry.....But the hotel management were just behind their bill....all we got is oil floating nachni papad and its a obvious thing that it'll have oil was the reply of waiter...literally tissue paper was used to soak the oil....then we got ice colded rice which we ordered for kids and when brought to notice of management they were to say ' Garam karke lao re'...this is the reply also we got hairy bhakri The management is worst and least bothered saying waiter is new and the new waiter says I don't understand English words like flavour so pls don't tell me...or ask me....and all blame was put on waiter and the waiter blamed to captain...person at counter says bill bharo....that's it......Will put all this on social media.....attaching hairy...

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in hotel management. The manager at the Kharadi branch was extremely unprofessional and completely lacked basic management skills. I regularly visit other Sandeep Hotel branches, like the one in Shivaji Nagar, which are well-managed — but the Kharadi branch is by far the worst.

The counter staff were equally careless; they didn’t seem to care that customers were waiting. I waited for more than 40 minutes, and when I finally asked for a table, they directed me to one that was dirty and said they would clean it later. Such behavior is both disrespectful and unacceptable.

I eventually left without eating, and the manager’s attitude was as if they didn’t care at all. Shame on you — a customer waited 40 minutes and left without food because of your disrespectful behavior.
