PVR Inorbit Pune — Local services in Pune

I was at the PVR, Inorbit Mall, Pune for a show of Simmba at 10:55pm on the 12th Jan, 19. I had an online booking from which I required to scan a QR Code for entry into the theatre. Now due to low network range within the mall premises, I wasn't being able to download my QR Code.

But the PVR staff was coordinating enough to let me in by viewing the booking confirmation mail which i received. Here's an appreciation, they help customers whole heartedly. Secondly, I'd appreciate the fact that PVR staff is doing an amazing job with the checking process, a member of their team asked me to show her the contents of my water bottle, I was surprised initially..but she told me that usually during late night shows people carry alcohol which is strictly prohibited. Also she began apologising to me, but I was highly impressed by the responsibility she held towards her job, i appreciated her there and then, we truly need people like her! Kudos PVR.

The movie experience, needless to say PVR has always been my favourite. Clear video..amazing sound and above all they had such a great AC temperature!!! Highly recommended for a great show of ur favorite movie!! The cinema makes sure u get fhe most hygienic snacks with their food partners like CCD, various pizzas and popcorns besides of sandwiches, nachos and various others which I didnt actually check either..but for sure, ur in-theatre binging is sorted out well with PVR!! Do check PVR guys! Its amazing value for...

This cinema is very nice... all the movies, the special effects, the graphics are nicely portrayed... I went with my family and friends and all of us enjoyed a lot... we all had the same opinion about the place... We recommend it to all movie lovers... it is a must attend place... Pls watch all movies there... they also have many branches which are easily available to all... PVR Cinemas is an awesome place to hang out with your friends and family... all people must attend the movies playing in the cinema if they are a movie lover along with an inspector... for them this is the perfect place to be... The neatness of this cinema will attract all neatness freak movie lovers from all around the world... the movie experienced anywhere else is no match for the movie experienced here... it also has a 4DX facility which allows you to enjoy the movie while actually experiencing the events taking place... along with this, it also has a gold class facility movie theatre and lounge which allows you to watch the movie in utmost comfort and also the lounge allows you to relax and chill and enjoy a gold class meal... I had a great experience here and so did my family and friends... I sure hope...

I visited this PVR today for morning show 8.50AM, the girl from the counter took money for prime seats and allocated J16&17 to me which was the lower seats in prime segment. Even the theater was empty so i asked manager to change the seats and allow me to seat into same segments at upper side as seats was empty and i had paid for the same prime seats but he refused said can not change it u had to do that before leaving the counter. This was the mistake of that girl who selected the lower tickets of prime segment. Prime was from B to K and she gave me tickets for J row when B row was completely empty. If someone is paying for the prime segment how can this people give him lower seats in prime when the hall is almost empty it doesn't make any sense. I left the hall without watching movie bez this people just spoiled my mood and also was not ready to allow me to seat into the B or any other row. Worst manager ever.. He was so rude and...
