Food was good. One of best restaurants in near by area. But reducing ratings due to poor service.

Incident - As it is crowded outside we sat inside party hall at 2:15 till half hr no one bother to take order. I also called staff but no one listening. Finally I called owner but as he said captain will come within few minutes. Still no one came. So after 5-10 min I went to counter asked if any one taking our order or not. Again counter lady said please be seated someone will come and take your order ( again no one came ) so I again went there just asked them it's 3:15 now are you gonna take our order or not. Got same reply. I told them take our order atleast you will take another 1 hr to prepared it. Still got same reply. Finally there was less crowd outside area where they serve regularly so I asked can we seat here they said yes after that took our order. After we wait half and hour by 3:45 we get our order. Food definitely delicious 😋 but serious issues in services are there. We don't get any service if we sat inside hall. Owners not bother to rectify there mistake. If service improve I will definitely recommend for non veg lovers. Required more captains who take actions orders quickly required in there team.

Have to say this place is quite popular for it's Indi-Chinese cuisine. Their food have really good taste specially their non-veg category items; unfortunately I'm vegetarian so can't comment 'cause daa.. I haven't tasted it ; but I have heard from my close friends which found it amazing. I'm not a big fan such places beacuse I have had really horrible experiences with them which also includes this place too. Firstly ; once I ordered Veg-Schezwan Noddles pracel from here at 9pm, 2 weeks back, it was a rush time, I got my order after waiting for 45 long minutes, I paid the bill and went home and saw they gave me Veg-haka Noddle, at that point I was damn hungry It was almost 10pm at night, totally fustrated & annoyed by waiting for 45min. And then this happened. Know I don't know whom to blame for that. And I'm the kind of person who will never ever return to such place with no good service with no good management. I agree that there was rush. But if you can't handle such crowd you really got some serious issues with...

After listening name from others, I have ordered parcel on 11/10/2020 with personal visit.. After waiting 1 hour for parcel. He told me he has given my partial order to some lady. Because he don't want her to wait. Then also I have wait for more 20 mins. He was not ready to place tandoori in tandoor.

Money 440 he has taken in starting only.

To give him lesson , food quality is not every thing service is also more important.

I have not taken money back n because I would have taken back. He will not realize his worst service.

Now , food is with him n money is with him . Hope he will remember me life time .

Sahab humme taste Ka pata Nahi... I was about to first time customer for him.
