Indori Poha and Diet Poha — Restaurant in Pune

I know this uncle who runs this place from last couple of years. Genuinely decent and polite person. He'll always greet with a smile.

Although Indori poha is his speciality, if you are into spicy food, you can have nagpuri poha which comes with spicy curry on the pohe.

All ingredients like poha, namkin and jiravan from Indore. (Jiravan is a masala powder which they sprinkle on the pohe to improve it's taste further) so you can see it's as authentic as it can get. If you have never tasted indori pohe, you may think what's so special about it, but it's really different when the uncle prepares it.

Khichadi with cucumber raita is the other item that you should also try. It's mildly sweet.

Rates are very reasonable. Most of the people who visit here are regulars, so i think its one of the reason people didnt need introduction to this place on google. :)

This is a poha place which can be pretty easy to miss situated in Sus road close to the Balaji temple road. Amazing hot Indori poha was available, I'm guessing this is a bit of a breakfast hotspot, the lady who was working there was saying that she also makes other snacks in the evening. She was extremely sweet, you can see that it's a really small shop but the hospitality offered by here was pretty amazing considering how hot it was when I came here. Even though I was the only customer, she was constantly offering more poha or the add ons which was super sweet of her. I just happened to pass by sus road one day when I passed by this shop and this will definitely be my regular breakfast spot if I'm around this area again. Absolutely...

Taste is different and nice. But service is terribly slow, the guy is slow moving and still doesn't keep a helping hand. Moreover he keeps chatting with customers instead of preparing the dish. I have almost stopped going to this place, and whenever I go i don't park my bike, see from roadside if there's no rush, then only order. If you are hungry and it's rush be ready to wait for...
