Kwality Plaza Family resto bar — Restaurant in Pune

I had gone there for dinner with 14 adults and 3 children. I had informed them that i had ordered a starter a day before from them and it was salty. and they must reduce the salt in the food. I was assured they will. Also I had informed them and booked table for dinner. When I went there I was treated well but apart from that all other things were bad. Below are the points.

1. Staff not well trained. They were struggling while serving food. Forget about food but water was also not served on time. I had to continuously ask for water and the water was not in the restaurant. They use to go to the kitchen every time i asked for water.
2. As I said I had given a prior notice that the food was salty earlier and they should reduce salt in their food The food was still salty.
3. With starters comes Chatny. (Mint and Curd Sause). This chuttny was served to us after the starters were over and the starter plates were cleared.
4. We had occupied 3 tables as we were 14 adults and 3 children. But the Onion and Lemons were served in two small plates. Which were so less in quantity that one plate had only four to five rings of Onion which was sufficient only for 2 people. The Staff did not have any Calculations on the same.
5. The Staff here was confused and is not trained to serve a large guest size on a single table.
6. I have been to other Kwality Outlets and the food tastes good there. At this outlet the food taste was on the lower side of average.
7. The staff was too pushy on increasing the quantity of dishes, even though of me telling them that this would be enough. Their aim was to increase the billing. eventually I had to get two leftover Biryanis Parceled back home. I am sure I am never ever going back to...

Yesterday I ordered Mocktail, waiter brought the wrong mocktail. I informed waiter and their captain, he said, sir there is no big difference, you can have it. I refused and said replace it. They took back the mocktail and waited for 15 min. and came back with same mocktail. After 30 min. I ordered one more same mocktail, at this time he brought the correct mocktail. That's how we came to know that he didn't change the previous mocktail and brought the same mocktail again after waiting 15 min. I told captain (supervisor of waiters), that you are LIAR. He started giving excuses. He said, WE DON'T HAVE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN BAR. HERE WAITER OR ANY PERSON CREATE MOCKTAIL OR ANY DRINK. IT SHOWS THE STAFF...

As we entered the resto, we went to the AC section but found it was chilled to 20 and asked the captain (kartiki) to either switch off the AC of our side or increase the temperature as it was chilling cold. She told us that we can sit to the other side where the AC was switched off. When we switched the place, we found she lied to us about the AC being off, and even after telling her 3-4 times, she didn't rise the temperature and carried an unnecessary attitude. There was arrogance in her voice.

Overall the experience was poor. Slow and delayed service. Staff seemed like they weren't interested to serve.
