STAFF ARE UNTRAINED AND NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL!!
Food was good, but staff didn't know what the toppings were on the pizzas or their mocktails. Very bad service as we requested for jain food and they brought us a pizza with onion. Simple requests can't be adhered to. Spending so much money here but the tablemat wasn't even cleaned, the napkin provided was of inferior quality and I could see the dirt and stains on it. The floors were stained and full of dirt. While requesting refill of my glass of water they dropped the water on my phone kept on the table, the waiter while serving us put the dirty napkin on my phone again. Houseflies everywhere and we had to constantly move them from becoming the toppings of our pizza, really bad experience. When complained about the houseflies the waiter instead of finding a solution laughed and went away. Only the starters were good, pizzas we're not upto the mark. Warm water was served on request to refill the glass of water. Staff are not at all hospitable and they want to charge 5% service surcharge on top of that which is non negotiable, but be very adamant that they remove it citing it's illegal and you won't pay, shameless people. Absolutely do not deserve a single penny as tip. AC is very poorly working and we were sweating throughout our lunch, really horrendous experience.
Totally unprofessional staff, gave 4 different bills for the same table, same time, staff don't know a single thing and are running around like headless animals. Shame on this branch acting as if we are idiots and doing us a favour as if we are morons.
Pathetic location...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Little Italy during their ongoing Mexican food festival, and let me tell you, it was an incredible experience. From start to finish, the entire meal was an explosion of flavors and a celebration of authentic Mexican cuisine.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Mexican platter. It was a feast for the senses, filled with an array of delicious delicacies. The tacos were expertly prepared, with each bite bursting with the perfect balance of spices and fresh ingredients. The quesadillas were cheesy and packed with flavor, while the rice bowls were cooked to perfection, complementing the rest of the platter beautifully.
One of the standout dishes for me was the selection of wraps - they were absolutely delightful. Each wrap was filled with a harmonious blend of ingredients, showcasing the chef's creativity in combining different flavors and textures. I especially loved the vegetarian option, which was bursting with vibrant colors and rich, savory flavors.
To top off the incredible meal, I indulged in their cheesecake, and it was just perfect. The creamy, melt-in-your-mouth texture paired wonderfully with a tangy hint of sweetness. It was the ideal ending to an already outstanding dining experience.
Little Italy's Mexican food festival truly took me on a culinary journey that I won't soon forget. The passion and attention to detail that the team put into each dish was evident in every bite. I highly recommend paying them a visit and indulging in their delectable Mexican offerings. You won't be...
