For a place that has good food, the service and staff on the contrary, is horrible. I visited the restaurant for the first time yesterday, and i was super disappointed. We entered the place and it was quite full. One side had all men sitting and enjoying their drinks and on other side i noticed the tables had family and couples. On entering and seeing this i askd one manager if we could sit up and he bluntly denied us this. We were then directed to a table which was dirty - used tissues, dirty spoons and food bits. We sat hoping that someone would notice and clean it. 20 mins later and after 4 failed attempts to get the managers attention, a waiter cleaned our table. The manager was behind the bar with his head down. He did not even once make any eye contact with us. 20 mins later i had a semi clean table , no menu . When the waiter gave us the menu, we alredy knew our order - but he seemed in such a hurry that he dint even take our order. What really got to us , was the table next to us was waiting for 30 mins for their starters and when they askd the manager about it he seemed to have no clue about the order - this was the point where we realised that a table of 2 that can eat and leave in a hour will not leave . All the tables were waiting for their order. And the staff was least bothered - everyone was on the other side serving drinks. So basically this indicates that to get some decent service we need to have alcohol on our table.
The worse is still to come, on leaving the restaurant the manager crossed us in and he did not ask us once why we got up. He has a horrible unprofessional attitude since the beginning. The watchman stopped us and asked us what was wrong - and he seemed to care more that a customer was leaving unhappy. He tried to convince us to stop and promised us better service. This is so sad that someone at his position cared more about the customers and not the person in charge inside.

I have been visiting Signature Restaurant, Shahney Sujan Park, Lulla Nagar for years, but the food quality has deteriorated drastically.
Seafood freshness is questionable – On my recent visit, I ordered Surmai Fry (3 medium pieces) for ₹1300 + tax. The fish was stale, clearly stored in the fridge, and nowhere near fresh.
Masala Papad was not freshly fried — served cold with chopped onions and tomatoes that had obviously been refrigerated. The taste was dull and unappetizing.
Almost every item felt pre-cooked and stored, not made fresh.
While I was there, another customer complained to the manager about receiving cold, inedible food.
Prices are too steep for the current quality being served. What once was a popular spot now seems to have lost its charm — the occupancy is noticeably lower than before.
Warning: Serving stale, frozen food — especially seafood — is a serious health hazard. If they continue this way, customers could end up in the hospital with hefty medical bills.

Paneer Tikka - Cooked the classic way to perfection and tender to bite. Flavourful in every bite.
Butter Chicken - One of our family favourite and could have asked for anything better. Lip smacking taste, sweet and spice just right.
Dal Makhani - Surprisingly quite spicy but good to taste and yet again full of flavours.
Such restaurants take you down memory lane. After all these years this outlet still lives up to its quality and taste. Shows they care about their customers...
