Having such a good ( yet expensive) experience since my childhood with this chain of fast food , recently I had a very unpleasant one reason being the hygiene. Below are few points that I witnessed during the last visit↙️ •1• the elder person that sits on the counter was having food sitting on the counter itself , when I ordered and began to give out cash , not only he received it with those hands but also continued having his meal with the same hand. •2• as I started to have a look for how things are processing inside ,none of the chefs/workers were wearing the mask properly also neither one of them was wearing hand gloves . No counter was having a sanitizer. •3• one of the workers just wiped his sweat with his t-shirt and continued by dipping the hand in the water and sprinkling over the hot pan. •4• you can see the workers standing by the entrance in the picture below, having not wearing the maks properly and none wearing hand gloves . Also placing their hands on unhygienic places & things and continuing with their work. •5• the only thing that is maintained here is taste of the food which has never been disappointing . if you are looking forward to visit here , make sure to look after how is the food getting served to you . Also suggest you to take your order to go because the lobby where the chairs have kept is unhygienic and...

They slowly included farsan at the stall too. mother would mix thecha (green chilli chutney) and coriander in the farsan and sell in it packs of quarter and half kg. This soon became a daily practice and people would specifically come to the stall for the mixture. She would grind the chutney on a stone, which still believe gives out the best flavour. then started selling only bhel at Re.1 and Rs.2. Today, 37 years later, sell it at Rs.60, but I can assure you that the taste and love with which it is prepared is still the same, who makes it a point to supervise the centralised kitchen every single day. His son Girish, has taken over the operations and retail section that...
