MH12 Pav Bhaji Kothrud — Restaurant in Pune

I went there for the first time after hearing about their hype. I ordered their signature pav bhaji. Taste and quality was horrible. Bhaji was made up of only white peas only. It tasted like the ragda you make for pani puri with red color added. No onion, potato, capcicum, green peas is used in making this bhaji. Minimal amount of amul butter is used. Pav was toasted with least amount of butter. Pav was dry and hard. It tasted sour. Size of their pav is half the original pav making you purchase additional pav. Service and attitude was pathetic (their face says loudly why are you guys here). When i mentioned about the pav ani bhaji issues the response was this is how pav bhaji should be made. Overall this restaurant has money grabbing model serving cheaply made food with worst attitude. Save yourself and go to any random thela or restaurant for beter tasting food and service....

I was looking for a place to eat and finally decided on this one because of the menu. However, the experience was extremely disappointing—everything was overpriced, and both the taste and service were terrible.

I ordered Pav Bhaji for ₹130, but the portion size and quality were very poor. Within a minute, the waiter insisted on adding an extra pav for ₹30. Hoping for something better, I ordered a cold coffee for ₹80, but they simply served a cheap ₹10-₹20 store-bought coffee in their own bottle.

Overall, the prices are unreasonably high, and the food quality is terrible. Don't be misled by old reviews—you'll end up feeling scammed.

I ordered Pav Bhaji, garlic bread, a jamun shot, and coffee, and the total bill came to over ₹450. It was absolutely not worth it in terms of quality, quantity, or price.

The owner and staff are courteous, cooperative and display higher level of hospitality. Service is prompt and fast. They serve mouth watering Pav bhaji with additional Hot spicy chutney with their secret ingredients for people with high spicy n chilly tastebuds. In addition to Pav bhaji one must try Tawa Pulao too. And don’t forget to quench your thirst with cold coffee or other shakes.
