First of all there is a way to present the menu to the customer. It was thrown at my table from the waiter who dint even had the courtesy to walk up to me and hand it over. I ordered the New Pune Bakery Special Burger with extra cheese that took no less than 20 mins to serve. I had to ask for the ketchup which they forgot to serve. The food was fine in the mean time I also tried the doughnut but the quarter plate it was served in was in a very bad state. What got me really furious was the fact when my strawberry smoothie arrived the glass was so dirty and had some weird looking brown spots on it as if someone forgot to clean the chocolate shake that was served before. So I called the waiter ans requested him to change the glass to my surprise he said all glasses are the same and its just a design its not dirty. So I called for the bill. And they refused to provide the bill. Later they gave me this kacha bill. I dint expected such an unprofessional service and attitude.

The 'healthy looking guy' at the first floor who had taken the order told us to wait. He was not making coffee at his counter, he was loitering around the food counter. He told us to wait for two minutes. After 30 mins of wait and a foul mood, I went to ask for the refund. The guy said 'Dekhiye na sir. Aap hi ki coffee bana raha hoon'. After 30 f minutes!
