I had a very unpleasant experience at this place due to poor hygiene. When I picked up a spoon, it felt oily, and upon wiping it with my handkerchief, I noticed sambar stains all over. I asked the server to clean the spoons, but he dismissed it, saying only a few were dirty and suggested I pick another one. I insisted, and he reluctantly cleaned them, but he was using a soaking wet cloth to wipe the plates as well. Who knows how many plates were "cleaned" that way.
While the food tastes good, I will only consider getting takeaway from here in the future—using my own containers. If I ever return at all.
