The food was awesome... One of the best food we had after a long time. Pricing is comfortable too.

But an honest suggestion about service. The hall was very humid, have requested your team to switch on atleast 4 ac for few minutes so that it comes on normal temperature. He said have switched on 2 ac, wait for sometime. It was not expected...

Secondly, the captain was insisting to order for soup and starter together, I think it's our decision to order whenever we want. We didn't order together as they bring it immediately one after the other and same same thing happened... We ordered soup and repeated one more soup as we liked it and at the same time ordered for starters.

Now before the last soup was served, starter was kept. I requested that you should first serve soup and when it get finished, bring starter else don't bring the soup. But he was arguing that you ordered late so it will come together. Then I said fine don't bring the soup... He said you will have to pay for it. I said ok, I will pay but don't bring. He said we will pack. Finally, when I was irritated he took it back.

Paying for it was not the issue but he should be trained with table etiquette. It's just a suggestions that you train your team.

Everything else was super amazing... Kudos to the team. Lastly, I hope, we will get better...

I am extremely disappointed by my recent experience at this place Nakshatra. The food was absolutely terrible, and it felt like a complete waste of money. The emptiness of the restaurant further confirms its lack of popularity, with almost 80% of the place being vacant even on Saturday. The manager displayed a shocking level of rudeness and incompetence, as if they had never worked in any decent establishment before. The low point came when they shamelessly charged me INR 150 for a glass that my 1.5-year-old son accidentally broke. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager callously replied that it was okay, clearly showing their complete disregard for customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, the owner's response to negative reviews on Google was incredibly rude and unapologetic, suggesting that positive reviews may have been bought or influenced. I will never set foot in this restaurant again, and I earnestly caution others to avoid it at all costs.

You need to select at least 1 star on Google, otherwise I would give this place even minus 1000 star... It's not even worthy to be called a restaurant... I would advise the owner to learn about the business before...

Captain confused a lot while taking the basic order, when asked for veg parantha he first said that veg parantha will come with starter and I have to order roti with main course since veg parantha will have veggies in it.. I was surprised to know that.. Isn’t it obvious? After some discussion he agreed that he’ll bring parantha with main course.. but not sure what confused him again that even after specifying to bring starters first and then main course, still he bought starter and food altogether resulting in cold food, spring rolls were quite oily and soggy, I asked for the manager multiple times due to very pathetic service but looks like he was unavailable for customer complaints, lots of flies and insects on the table, wheat roti was ok but Veg maratha was having too much of raw garlic.. all this explains why at peak hour on a Sunday evening it was 40% vacant.. If you are looking for good food with clean environment then Nakshatra restaurant is definitely not the place you are...
