Friends, Food lovers, Countrymen.... lend me your olfactory senses! I happened to visit the 7A Restaurant and Bar, Kharadi and boy am I glad? You bet I am! It's not even a month since they opened up for business and they are already capturing the culinary scene in Kharadi, specifically and Pune, in general. This is by far the bestest ever experience I had in terms of epicurean delights and mixology both, in Pune City. If you haven’t been here; you haven’t lived. I normally keep these statements to the end of the review but in this case I am making an exception- that is how good this place is! It literally captures your olfactory senses. Firstly- the place is a behemoth, rather gargantuan in size, with two mammothic indoor dining areas and a whopper of a roof top plus two very functional bars. The ambience is exquisite, chic, artistically flamboyant and it reveals that each part of the Restobar and Rooftop has been given a characteristic personal touch by the masterminds behind it. It has all the makings of a fine dine and yet can take on a casual party as well. Come night and the whole place turns into a magical kaleidoscope of lights and the lighted up bar looks like the mother tree from the movie avatar. The place is pet friendly as well! So we took Atlas, Alaska, our Husky pair and Havana, the golden retriever, who instantly made friends there, especially with the staff. The staff was enthusiastic in posing with the furry ones for a pic and video. The mere lighting of the bar is enough to let you swoon to the lure of its mixology. I tried the classic Bull LIIT, every drop of it is perfection and bubbly- instantly lifting up my spirits- you know what I mean! Also got to try a delightfully unique  Margarita named White Cloud infused with ginger and lemongrass- this clears your throat, the intense flavours of the ginger and lemongrass tickling your nostrils and setting the gastric juices flowing- enchante Hot Garlic Basil Sauce Prawns- Consequent to the Indo-Chinese food evolution revolution starring Chinatown, erstwhile Calcutta, the modern take on it has assumed verily ingenious and inventive dishes. This is one of them; a subtle fusion of hot garlic infused with thai basil- just delightful! Thai Basil Fish- Feast for the eyes of the beholder (and more for a beer holder... you get the drift?). Brilliant dish, indian basa, slight batter fried, sautéed to perfection with basil, garlic, slight hint of fish sauce, galangal- must try! Shish Touk- This Turkish origin Lebanese grilled chicken (you can call it a Kebab if you want), is reimagined with a tinge of Indian spices(auspiciously  to suit the Indian palate of course), marinated nicely in lebanese yogurt, squish of lemon and garlic. Hummus Edamame- This is the newest innovation in Arabian/ Mediteranean cuisine. The most talked about middle eastern- Mediterranean dish; Hummus made of edamame beans instead of the traditional chickpeas- out of the box and very delish served with an extra virgin olive oil dip. Braised Lamb Rack- Invariably and unarguably their flagship dish. This is a honey glazed braised lamb rack chops, exquisitely plated, the chops so evenly glazed with honey and bbq sauce, a small mound of mashed potatoes, veggies and a thick bbq honey dip- luscious, juicy and moreish lamb chops- just the way I like it! Mutton Rogan Josh- the quintessential Kashmiri mutton dish, an integral part of the Wazwan feast, Rogan josh or Roughan Gosht, is one of the most iconic curried mutton dishes of India- Inspired by the cucchinis of the Mughals who used to spend their summers in Kashmir and laden with the Kashmiri paprika and a host of spices, rich texture and the characteristic, effervescent red colour! Darsaan- Archetypally served with a dollop of Vanilla ice-cream, Darsaan or daarsaan is a Chinese origin crispy honey-noodle with roasted sesame seeds added for good measure. Staff is very affable and caring! Special thanx to Shubham the manager and sincere gratitude to the curator of the dishes- the culinary magician Chef Dutta and his Souz Chef.

First'evening of 2022 ..had our new years first Eve @7A..thank you for making it special. Ambience is really stunning, location is good.staff are really good people.mr saurabh who attended us thanks to him. Had a memorable evening.its good to know that in kharadi such a beautiful roof top restaurant is opened which gives a 5 star experience.of lounge, music however with slight flaws it lacks that international feel. They had these live band.. playing more of sad hindi songs, which i thought would have been much better if they had live western singers or music played ... personally i felt it would really go well with the kind of ambience they have ..not everyone loves sad hindi songs..or atleast combination of both just a suggestion. Had these shrimps as starter dish which was out of this world👌👌👌 Chicken cheese stuffed indian starter 👌 Main course we had chicked lahori and was really Dissapointed as it had lot of masala flavour and lacked taste..it was an ok kindoff a dish. Mocktail was 👌 Would try more of an continental or other cuisine as had a not so good experience with indian main course. Staff 5🌟 Food 4 🌟 would come again to try more Ambience 5🌟 Music 3🌟 I hope we can see good improvement as it has recently opened and with a positive attitude towards the feedback we can experience much better experience Overall experience was awesome would definitely visit again

Overpriced | Less quantity | Average food 👎 Food• The food was average nothing was amazing in starters and the less quantity doesn’t justify the prices of the dishes in the menu. It’s a rooftop ambience restaurant, they also has inner seating area as well. They had less options in starters, if you are willing to pay more with good ambience there are other options as well. Also, they don’t have any type of Manchurian , we are looking to have it with noddles. You can go for paneer chilly!! Their main course is delicious, we ordered Kadhai panner and daal. Veg platter was not good, non veg platter was good. Their cheese balls were also average as they had paneer stuffed in them instead of cheese. In drinks you can have orange berry and Pina colada apart from them all the drinks are not good. Service• The service was really slow we are there for the office party we were around 12 - 15 people for dinner. They should look for their service, as we have to cancel few orders due to slow service and we are getting late.

Title: A Culinary Haven at The 7A Restaurant & Bar - Review

Rating: ★★★★☆ 4/5

Nestled in the heart of the city, The 7A Restaurant & Bar blends remarkable culinary flair with a vibrant ambiance, providing an unmatched dining experience. This culinary haven has secured a special place in my food diary, and here's why.

From the moment you step inside, you are instantly welcomed by the restaurant's inviting atmosphere. The tasteful decor strikes a delightful balance between elegance and comfort. Exuding a warmth that puts you at ease, the place has a unique charm that makes it an ideal spot for both a casual meetup and a romantic date.

What sets The 7A Restaurant & Bar apart is its culinary prowess. The menu, brimming with a variety of dishes, reflects an appealing fusion of traditional flavors and modern gastronomy. Each dish I tried was a testament to the chef's creative ingenuity and dedication to quality. The highlight for me was the restaurant's signature dish (add signature dish), which boasted a harmony of flavors that left an indelible mark on my palate.

Equally impressive is the bar menu, with its thoughtful selection of wines, spirits, and craft cocktails. The mixologists at 7A certainly know their craft, as evidenced by their artfully balanced concoctions that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the taste buds.

Service at The 7A Restaurant & Bar is commendable. The staff exudes professionalism and warmth, ensuring guests feel well-attended to. Although there were minor delays in service during peak hours, the staff's politeness and efficiency largely compensated for it.

While The 7A Restaurant & Bar is undoubtedly a gem, there is a room for improvement. A broader range of vegetarian options would cater to more diverse dietary preferences, and better acoustic design would help reduce noise levels during busy times.

In conclusion, The 7A Restaurant & Bar offers a delightful dining experience with its charming ambiance, inventive cuisine, and refreshing beverages. Despite minor areas for improvement, it is a place I'd be happy to revisit and recommend to fellow food...

Now, onto the highlight - the food. The menu at 7A Restaurant Bar is a culinary journey of flavors. Each dish we ordered was a masterpiece. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was artful. I particularly enjoyed the diverse range of options, from appetizers to desserts. The flavors and textures blended harmoniously, resulting in a memorable gastronomic experience.

The drink selection was equally impressive. The bar offered an array of cocktails, wines, and spirits to suit various preferences. The mixologist's creations were inventive and refreshing, enhancing the overall dining experience.

What truly sets 7A apart is its attention to detail and commitment to quality. From the stylish decor to the delectable food and attentive service, every aspect of the dining experience was thoughtfully curated.
