No proper arrangements Billing issue Sitting space problem
A get together of 40+ people was planned, with a small celebration and they were not ready until 8pm when the 7pm time was confirmed. After the cake cutting was done the so called manager 'Ravindra' comes to us and says, sir you did not tell us what to do and then plays the birthday song & music.
I counted the number of guests who attended the program, it was 38, there were 2 empty plates left on the stack of plates when I took my plate for dinner as the host. The manger moved those plates off the table and comes & informs me that total 40 guests had dinner, I ignored it as I knew he will argue with me that doesn't matter as our agreement was for 40pax.
To summarize, come here if you don't have any choice nearby.
How conveniently the Restaurant owner has mentioned that these concerns were not raised during the event.
I preferred to spend time with my guests and friends, than wasting it on something which the venue owner & management team was supposed to do in advance.

We had done pre-booking for a table of 12 with Zomato. While booking we searched for option to pay to ensure we get a table when we reach as we had elderly and kids with us. But there was no option available for dinner so we proceeded without it as we were aware that it being a festival day there would be rush. When we reached on time the person at the front desk not only refused to honor our booking but asked us to pay in future if we wanted a reserved table. There was minimum wait time of 1 hour and on being questioned he started raising voice and even verbally abused us. He ruined the occasion for us . Read moreI regret to say that our recent dining experience(2nd Sept 2023) at the restaurant left much to be desired. We placed an order for four coffees and grilled sandwiches, and unfortunately, our wait for the coffee exceeded 40 minutes. Upon its arrival, the coffee was disappointingly cold, and to make matters worse, one of the cups contained a hair.
Concerned about the overall quality of our meal, we requested that they cancel the sandwiches, given the extended wait and the unappetizing discovery. Unfortunately, the staff was uncooperative and refused to accommodate our request. It was only after speaking with the manager that we were able to have the remaining items canceled.
The cold coffee and the hassle we endured throughout our visit left us with a negative impression of the restaurant's service and overall experience. We hope that these issues can be addressed to enhance future diners'...
