Very disappointing experience with this shop. I had been a regular customer, but last week we purchased Kalakand and were shocked to find feathers inside the sweet. When we visited the shop to inform them, they completely denied any responsibility and even claimed that the sweet wasn’t from their store. Despite being a known customer to their staff, they refused to acknowledge the issue. I didn’t go there seeking compensation—just to make them aware of the problem so they could take necessary care in the future. At the very least, I expected an apology. Great variety off sweets are available and all the food product are fresh. In Ganpati festival they have many variety of modak available. They have chocolate modak, strawberry modak, kesar modak, regular modak, milky bar flavour modak, mango modak and many other. They have variety of barfis and dry fruits sweets. Nice Sweet shop in market yard area. Quality of sweets is really good. If u ask me, I am a big fan of Rasmalai, Jalebi( pure ghee), Sutarfeni and Anjeer barfi from this shop. My guests have also admired the taste many times. In farsan, methi mathri, Garlic she and all types of chivdas are tasty. The bhakarwadi here may not match the taste of Chitalebandhu but individually it's good and different ( spicy). The staff is polite and good. Must visit once...
