Starbucks — Restaurant in Pune

We are regular customers here but today had a pathetic service from Starbucks team in the evening.. we had ordered Vietnamese cold coffee with white mocha ( which we had previously also many times n ziya mam had made perfectly) , hence ordered again ,, the coffee was watery with weird taste , when asked to kindly rectify , the counter person removed half coffee added half glass of ice and served it back to us … is this the customer service.. 400 bucks of coffee with half glass of water and ice , not expected out of Starbucks, n when we complained the guy had no reaction no rectification or remorse ,, .. very poor service .. had to leave the coffee/...
