Subway Bavdhan — Restaurant in Pune

I have tried subway in other cities too many times and I loved subway. But yesterday in the Bavdhan franchise I was very disappointed. When I stepped inside the the air conditioning was not on. After repeated requests they stated the air conditioning. The guy making my sub seemed like doing me a favour of making it. He put very little salad, even lettuce. I had to tell him again to put more salads in the sub. I will never go back to this particular franchise. Don't spoil your appetite by going here. Try some...

Overall we had good experience in past. But today it was poor experience. today 27jan, eve, Their lettuce was finished. More was going to come. Later. We had to take subs without lettuce, so overall bad experience and taste. What's a sub without lettuce? Their attitude about this was casual. No discount for absence of lettuce.

For such emergencies they should have procedure to get more supplies from other outlets or some...

Let's call it Dhaabaway, place stinks only of gutkha and PANPARAAG or VIMAAL I don't know. It's the people who are serving eat so much tobacco that it stinks. clothes not proper, no head cap, dirty hands, and spitting on the salads because they continously speak while preparing.. Ahhh that paanparag tinch left me thinking is it for real. Or am I sitting in a village dhaaba.

And BTW for card payment it takes 30...
