All the people sitting over here are trained to lie to customers. I needed to 6 months back postpaid bills, only the customer care sent me. First they said download over app, when shown phone, shamelessly tell you have to go main store, when told only your customer care sent me here, again shamelessly tell server is down while filling the new customer forms at the same time. Another incident - while moving over to prepaid you will be told min recharge higher than 300 whereas lower is available. These common info are very difficult to get online in their website.
