The Subway shop I entered was dark, dirty and gloomy. It's terrible that the restaurant's personnel wasn't adequately trained to ensure that the vegetarian and non-vegetarian sides of the restaurant used separate seasonings and sauces. There is an awful lack of cleanliness and hygiene at this sandwich shop. The lack of care and attention to even the most basic norms of hygiene on the part of the employees is disturbing. Customers may feel unwelcome in the dark, and their shopping experience may suffer as a result. Furthermore, it is problematic and potentially dangerous for persons with dietary restrictions as the vegetarian and non-vegetarian portions are not clearly separated. Because of the potential for contamination and confusion, it is unacceptable for a restaurant to lack adequate labelling and separation of these two areas. Finally, clients who are hoping for a quick and easy ordering process may be disappointed by the staff's lack of training. Staff members should be well-versed in the offerings and comfortable making suggestions to and fielding queries from diners. I went there just to pass some time, since I had to wait for 20 min for my bus at night.

Firstly AC was not working. When I asked them they told me it's under maintenance. As usual the shop is completely closed, so there was no ventilation at all. I tried opening the door,employees forbid me from opening them. Since there was grilling & oven, all the smoke was contained inside without a way out. Very very pathetic. Secondly, I wanted to give the order of 1 coffee and 1 tin of a cold drink. There was a small rush (around 4 to 5 customers) and total of 3 employees for service. It took them 15 minutes to just acknowledge that I too am giving some order and it took another 5 min to just take tin out of a refrigerator and give it to me. So I had to cancel my coffee because God knows when they would have given it to me. So in total it took them 20 to 25 minutes to just give me tins of 2 highly overpriced cold drinks out of a refrigerator. I would avoid this outlet...
