Firstly, the rates are way to high compared to those in aundh or ganeshkhind. Secondly, they served me rotten cake i.e. its bun was smelling and tasting bad, which got confirmed when we took it home. I took the cale back nd and when I told the shop keeper about it, she showed me bill of the cake dated for the same day (as if they purchase and sell only one butterscotch cake per day). Her attitude was even worst. When i told her to keep the cake, she didn't even bother to give explanation or replacement or atleast say Sorry (Refund is way beyond). I bought the cake for my wife on our anniversary, but it ruined our mood.

Note: the shop keeper seems very polite till she gets payment.

This is genuine feedback, try to avoid the shop. You can try any other local shop or any other branch of WS bakers.
