Had an amazing experience. Very very helpful. Extremely efficient and diligent service right from placing the order to the delivery. He managed against all the odds and delivered the cake properly and systematically. The cake was beyond the expectation. I had seen the name of the shop online only and was sceptical at first to book it without having any reviews. But I took a chance and relied on the Google reviews and to my surprise and amazement it was delivered and done beyond satisfaction within the limited time frame he had, he delivered the results which even a ten day planning could not have achieved. I used to be a regular customer since this shop was started and when Zuber used to maintain. Taste was good and they served well. But now a days, staff over there is not courteous or helpful.

First incident was they spoilt my daughter's second birthday with very different design than ordered. I thought maybe I made a mistake, but then for consecutive two times, some mishap was happened.

Still today I went there hoping to get some good service; but disappointed with the staffs rude attitude. They talk as if we don't have any other options.

Sharing my experience hoping someday owner will realise that, their cakes are good, but if you don't treat the customer right, eventually you'll lose them. Lost one long-term repeating...
