Iāve been going to Just Roots Pune for three years now, and Iām a total fan! This place in Kharadi isnāt just a store or cafeāitās special. I love their Isha Sadhguru products, especially the multigrain instant Sanjeevani, and the whole vibe there makes me feel good every time I visit.
First, letās talk about the products. The multigrain instant Sanjeevani is my favorite. Itās a healthy mix of grains thatās super easy to makeājust add hot water or milk, and itās ready! It tastes warm and yummy, like something my mom would make, but itās also good for my energy. Iāve been drinking it for years, and it keeps me going strong. Then thereās the herbal toothpasteāitās natural, gentle, and leaves my mouth feeling fresh without any weird stuff. The incense sticks are amazing tooāthey smell so calming, like a forest or temple, and I use them to relax at home. Oh, and the copper bottle! I carry it everywhereāitās pretty and keeps my water cool. Theyāve got so many thingsāutensils, health mixes, you name it. Itās all from Isha Sadhguruās ideas, and I trust it.
The store itself? Wow. The moment you walk in, you feel this positive energy. The design is so niceāsimple yet beautiful, with wooden shelves and cool decorations. Theyāve got Shiva statues, Rudraksha beads, and Linga Bhairavi stuff near the counterāitās like being in a peaceful meditation spot. The owner, Hitesh, is a big reason itās so great. He knows a lot about yoga and health, and heās really nice. If I need something special, he figures it out and makes it work. Heās chill and smart, and you can tell he cares.
Then thereās the cafeālove it! Theyāve got organic coffee thatās rich and tasty, and their smoothie bowls are so good (the Beetroot one is my pick). The foodās simple but healthy, and the space is huge. I sit there with a book or my laptop, and itās perfectāquiet, open, and full of good vibes. Itās like a little escape in Pune.
The prices? Really fair. For the quality of Isha Sadhguru products and the cafe goodies, itās worth every penny. After three years, I still canāt get enough of Just Roots Pune. If you want healthy stuff, tasty bites, or just a happy place to hang out, go check it out....

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have visited this place twice.. Food is not bad but they suck big time when it comes to customer service. When I visited their place for the third time and was about to place the order, the curly haired guy managing the place was more interested in making me understand some zomato related offer and trying to prove his point and more interested in telling the customer that they are wrong and he is right. Whatever he wanted to communicate, he could have done during billing. The conversation was so meaningless that I left the place without having food there and he was not even bothered about this. They need to learn some customer service etiquettes.
@just roots - since there is no option of replying on your comment, I am writing here. Just answer one thing - when a customer walks into your door and is trying to place an order.. Would you first serve the customer or pin point and make him realise how the customer was wrong last time..? When you do the later part it clearly makes your place and staff non customer friendly and have no grooming about customer experience. Learn some customer experience tools and it will surely help you to change your brands perception. As of now my perception about your place is customer...
