FALAHAAR — Restaurant in Pune

We visited falahar at 10.40 PM on Saturday night (they close at 11.00 PM). Staff told us that the upstairs section is closed since we are closing soon. We asked them if we can sit downstairs (2 of 3 tables were occupied) they said no. You can sit outside on chairs and no table, (it was raining outside) we said can we eat pavbhaji and sandwich outside. He said sorry we are closing soon. This is the second time (different time of day) we are visiting this place the same waiter addressed us last time and this time as well he did not communicated well (short guy with short hair). Something for owners/franchise manager to look into. PS: I'm not sure if they take orders after 10.30PM. But this could have been communicated and handled in a different way.

Always loved Falahaar's food and juices but not sure if will visit this location again. For visiting customers would not recommend not taking...

The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even after we had paid the bill upfront, he had the audacity to arrogantly ask, “Oh bhaiya, where is the money?” as if we were trying to get away without paying. I had ordered before several other customers, yet they got their juices before us. No one was paying attention to our order. On top of that, they served us the wrong juices—not even close to what we ordered. And when I politely asked why this was happening, the manager snapped back saying, “You're the only one who gave me this order,” completely denying any responsibility. The attitude, the delay, the carelessness, and the arrogance were absolutely unacceptable. If this is how you treat your paying customers, don’t expect anyone...
