The Chinese Wok — Restaurant in Pune

My wife and I visited this restaurant tonight (not our first time), and we were extremely disappointed with the service. There was a large family of 8–10 people dining inside, and all tables for two were occupied. I politely asked Ramesh, who was at the reception, if he could move a small table outside for us. He flatly refused and asked us to wait for 10 minutes.

When I asked how long it might actually take, his response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. He said, There’s a table inside, why don’t you sit there?—completely ignoring that the space was already crowded and uncomfortable. When we declined and requested a table outside again, he told us to wait another 20 minutes instead, without any courtesy or willingness to help.
